This family-owned, roadside food truck serves up lip-smacking fried chicken that would rival any such business in San José, along with some other fun surprises: giant emu eggs from the attached farm (which you can tour), for instance. The fried-chicken cook, Roy, is a super nice guy and a wealth of information about the area.
His family also runs a campground (US$7 per person per night) beside the truck with flush toilets and hot showers.
