Platillos Voladores

Top choice in Cali

Cali's best fine-dining experience, Platillos Voladores offers an interesting and varied menu of beautifully presented gourmet dishes that feature a glorious interplay of Asian, European and Afro-Colombian influences and largely local ingredients. Mains run the gamut from ceviche mixto to tofu in green curry and Mexican sopa de tortilla.

Meals are served either outside in the garden area or inside in one of several air-conditioned dining rooms. Wash your meal down with an offering from an admirably select wine list. Reservations are essential.
