The island's best restaurant, La Regatta is housed on a wooden pontoon over the sea at Club Náutico. Despite a healthy dose of pirate kitsch, it has a formal, white-linen-tablecloth atmosphere and the food is heavenly. The langosta regatta (lobster tails with three sauces) is nothing short of perfection. Book a table for the evenings.
