Las Margaritas

Puerto Nariño

Under a huge palapa (thatched roof) just beyond the soccer pitch, lunch-only Las Margaritas is the best restaurant in Puerto Nariño, even if it's rather pricey by local standards and aimed almost entirely at visiting tour groups. The all-you-can-gobble buffet-style meals are delicious, though, and involve fish, chicken, patacones (fried plantains) and salad.
