This open-air restaurant overlooking a gushing stream in Provenza delivers some solid flavors and good service. The causas are moreish and the tuna is beautifully seared, but there are consistency issues: sometimes the ceviche is brutally acidic and the pisco sours are insipid. Dishes are on the dainty side, but the presentation is top-notch, as are the creative cocktails.
