Cabrón

Bucaramanga

For an upmarket take on typical Santanderean flavors, head to this hip corner restaurant with a fresh semi-open dining area and streetside terrace. The menu features gourmet takes on local favorites, including cabra a horno (roast goat) and carne oreada (sun-cured beef). While the concept, service and decor are great, execution of the dishes could be a bit better.

It also has a very well-stocked bar and is a good choice for evening drinks and nibbles.
