Perfectly lit and comfortably furnished, this 400-year-old colonial home converted to a seafood restaurant is famous – and deservedly so. The mero (grouper) Don Román, with a tamarind, nam pla (fish sauce) and chili sauce, is the standout dish, but do your mouth a favor and hit the teriyaki octopus, too. There's a great wine list and live Cuban music. No shorts.
