More an extended living room than a coffee shop, Les Amis has a homey atmosphere that begs for quiet, intimate conversations, interrupted only by a deep and often indecisive inspection of the freshly baked savoury tarts, cakes, croissants and biscuits that spill over a large kitchen table.
All of the baked goods are made in an open-plan kitchen, so you can witness the magic of the creation process unfold while you munch. There's another branch on Calle 70A, Un Cafe de les Amis, offering similar fare, minus the on-site kitchen.
