Originally started by an American-Colombian chef who might very well be to blame for Bogotá's now-saturated gourmet burger game, La Xarcuteria does proper, daily-grinded burgers (cooked and juiced perfectly with just the right amount of char), gourmet hotdogs (house-cured sausages), sandwiches (homemade pastrami for the Reuben sandwiches too) and salads. Perfect buns (logo branded) and fries, too!
