American nanobrewer Will Catlett has created what feels like an underground brewer's lair at Bogotá's top craft-beer destination, a simple, unsigned place west of Carrera 14 with 12 taps (three dedicated to its own craft sodas). But it's more than a drinking den: house-made chicken and pork chorizo (with leeks, mango and jalapeño), burgers and wings make for unmissable pub grub.
The Citra Pale Ale and Sequioa Roja IPA come especially recommended, as do the gluten-free Oatmeal Pale Ale and the smoked Saison from invitees Madriguera Brewing Co and Viteri Cervecería, respectively. Make it a pilgrimage (in a taxi!).
