This traditional water mill is located halfway between Gyantse and Shigatse. Peek into the back room to see the working water-powered stone mill grinding barley into tsampa (roasted-barley flour). A shop sells tsampa milled on site, as well as whole seeds as snacks. There's also a public toilet here (¥2).
