Qǐngzhān Gānsù Línxià Miànpiàn

This popular restaurant run by a friendly couple from Gansu province makes a nice change from Sichuan or Tibetan fare. The specialty noodle dish is the beef noodle slices (牛肉面片; niúròu miànpiàn; ¥13), but there's also a picture menu if that doesn't suit. On the right side of the main road, about halfway down from the Manigange Pani Hotel.
