Pacific Hotel

This hulking old-timer needs a serious facelift, but its rooms (and their windows) are enormous, it's dirt cheap and it welcomes foreigners, so we mustn't grumble. The cheapest rooms are quite tattered so bump yourself up to the next category (¥120) for less worn furniture and smarter bathrooms.
