Silver Carnival Hotel

The tiny lobby at this lower-end midrange hotel won't impress, but the rooms are well presented and comfortable, if a little small, and half of them overlook Quancheng Sq, which buzzes with locals come evening. No English spoken, but it's a great location, within walking distance to most of the city's sights.
