Liqing Hotel

Opening in the early 1990s, this atmospheric hotel is one of Ping'an's first and it's still run by the same friendly English-speaking Zhuang family. It has a mix of comfortable rooms to suit different wallets, including pricier rooms with incredible rice-terrace views. It's a 20-minute climb from the village parking lot.
