Cé La Vi

Hong Kong

Take the elevator to the 25th floor and then keep going up until you reach the Skydeck; this glam bar has three floors but there's only one place you want to be and that's on the roof amid the sky-scraping turrets. Reserve a table if you want a seat, but the best sunset views are to be had standing.

The soundtrack is Latin and the dress code is smart after 6pm; no shorts or open shoes for men, no flip-flops for ladies. Happy hour is two-for-one.
