Beijing's most authentic Brauhaus-style restaurant is an intimate affair, delivering calorific comfort to homesick Germans with perfectly crisp pork schnitzel, enormous sausage platters, flammekueche (baked bread doused in cream, cheese and onions) and Bavarian beer on tap.
