Imagine if a top chef took over the reins of an American diner. That, in essence, is what award-winning chef Juan Pablo Mellado has done with this fuente de soda (soda fountain) where he re-envisions Chilean fast-food staples with a gourmet twist. There’s not even a soda fountain in sight; you’ll only find craft beers pouring from the taps.
