Café Melba

The king of Santiago brunching in the late aughts, Café Melba (now a small chain) has long since been eclipsed by tastier and more atmospheric cafes in Providencia and Barrio Italia. However, its eggs and bacon, waffles, croissant sandwiches and gigantic cups of coffee are still among the best value in town.
