Restaurante Mil Sabores

Puerto de la Cruz

Styling itself as a temple to modern Mediterranean cooking, this flash, blue-fronted restaurant has the looks and the tastes down to a fine art. Expect dishes like homemade quiche with roasted vegetables, avocado with tiger prawns or Iberian ham croquettes, and a perfectly combined mix of pork, apple and bacon. It’s quite dressy, without being formal. Reservations recommended.
