La Laguna Gran Hotel

This hotel is divided between a graceful period building with an inner courtyard dating to the 18th century and a more modern white-painted block with purpose-built rooms. Rooms are smart and elegantly presented, some with terraces. There's a rooftop pool (out of action at the time of research), while an excellent Michelin-starred restaurant (NUB) is just one of the available dining options.
