Klondike Rib & Salmon

The food is superb at this sprawling casual half-tent restaurant in a place originally opened as a tent-frame bakery in 1900. Besides the namesakes (the salmon skewers and smoked pork ribs are tops), there are other local faves. Great place to try bison steak ($34) or Yukon Arctic char ($28). It's half-tent, so closed when winter temperatures turn up.
