Le Diapason

This pleasant surprise (Alsatian in Charlevoix?) serves all our favorites from eastern France: flammekueche (Alsatian 'pizza'), tartiflette (potatoes roasted with cheese) and, of course, choucroute garnie (sauerkraut simmered with assorted smoked meats and sausages). All the produce is locally sourced, the atmosphere more than convivial and the terrace a delight in summer.
