The gallery's director, Raymond Brousseau, has been collecting Inuit art since the 1950s, and it is this visionary Québécois' collection that forms the basis of the splendid Brousseau Collection of Inuit Art on the top floor of the Pavillon Pierre Lassonde at the Musée National des Beaux-Arts du Québec.
