Le St-Amour

Québec City

One of Québec City's top-end darlings, Le St-Amour has earned a loyal following for its beautifully prepared grills and seafood, and luxurious surrounds. The soaring greenhouse-style ceiling trimmed with hanging plants creates an inviting setting, and the midday table d’hôte ($18 to $33; available weekdays) offers that rarest of Upper Town experiences – a world-class meal at an extremely reasonable price.

Perhaps more impressive than the food is the excellent wine selection, with over 12,000 bottles in the cellar. It's in the same stable as Chez Boulay.
