You'll think you've stumbled into a staff cafeteria in Finland; indeed, that's how the Hoito started, over a century ago, providing affordable meals to Finnish workers. This Thunder Bay institution's all-day breakfast of flattened Finnish lättyjä pancakes is the only way to start the day here. It's in the basement of the historic Finnish Labour Temple, now a cultural center.
