Crafty Ramen

A tiny, bustling, diner-style eatery serving steaming bowls of ramen packed with ingredients like pork chashu, charred corn and lotus chips. Noodles are made in-house and many ingredients are locally sourced. For several years, the owners both lived, traveled and studied everything ramen in Japan before setting up shop in Guelph. Cold ramen as well as vegan 'adaptabowls' are created too.
