Chives Canadian Bistro

Proper, formal Canadian fine dining in the heart of downtown is on offer at Chives, one of the city's longest-running restaurants. Seasonally driven, artfully presented dishes are the stock-in-trade of chef Craig Flinn, and the food tastes as lovely as it looks. Freshened up by a 2018 refit, it features dark wood, blue-velour benches and antique-mirrored walls.
