Gaspésie Sauvage

Owners Catherine and Gérard's love of local wild mushrooms is clear from their shop south of the city, which sells locally sourced mushrooms and products derived from them – tea, powders, jellies and the like – making for a unique slice of Gaspé terroir. Marché des Saveurs Gaspésiennes in town stocks their products, too.
