Captain's Cabins

In a bucolic spot by the river just south of the Mackenzie Bridge and 10km south of Fort Providence, the former captain of the Mackenzie ferry and his wife run three cute-as-buttons cabins – one quad and two 'romantic getaways' with loft beds – plus a lodge with three individually styled rooms and a kitchen. It's a very chilled-out place, man.
