The sole exponent of Ucluelet's food-truck scene is far superior to many bricks-and-mortar seafood restaurants. Specializing in fresh-shucked regional oysters, there are also gourmet delights from seared-tuna tacos to baguette po'boys stuffed to the gills with albacore tuna or panko-fried oysters. The truck is named after a magnificent stainless-steel sculpture vaguely reminiscent of Botticelli's Venus that stands beside it.
