Not a lot else has changed at the establishment formerly known as Hanks, still a fount of carnivorous comfort grub where the key word is 'pork.' The menu offers ample opportunities to face-plant into generous portions of pork belly, pork mac 'n' cheese, pulled pork and good old sausages. A week's worth of calories in a single, highly satisfying sitting.
For those not enamored with pork, there are menu cameos from mussels, crispy panko cod and even raw oysters. Wash it all down with brews from a well-curated craft-beer list.
