Hooded Merganser

Named for a small breed of duck noted for its vibrant plumage, this huge lakeside pub attracts plenty of birds of a similar feather. On a summer afternoon its waterfront terrace literally heaves. Food is designed for sharing, with some steaks and burgers tossed into the mix.
