Telegraph House

This hotel-motel has Alexander Graham Bell connections: opened in 1861, it served as the town's telegraph office for many years, and the inventor himself stayed in room 1. There are 18 rooms in the main lodge – some old-fashioned and frilly, others modern – supplemented by 13 bland rooms in the motel alongside.
