Abbot Pass Hut

Lake Louise

Constructed in 1922 on a high mountain saddle (2926m), this classic stone hut administered by the Alpine Club of Canada sleeps 24 and is perched atop a difficult glacier climb at the end of the Plain of Six Glaciers.

In 2019 the hut was closed due to Parks Canada remediation work on the adjacent slopes. Call the Alpine Club of Canada or check online for current status.
