Flowers Home Brew & Sushi

Flowers is Kampot's hometown craft beer, with a half-dozen or so varieties that can be found in bars around town, including a lemongrass pale ale and a wheat porter. On weekend afternoons, the Japanese brewmaster taps a keg or two and hosts what are essentially open parties, with plenty of sushi (much of it not fish-related) to go around.
