Sala Bai Hotel & Restaurant School

Siem Reap

In a rambling villa 1.5km south of Wat Dam Nak, on the eastern side of the river, this training-school hotel for disadvantaged youth features six spacious, minimalist rooms with brushed-concrete floors and boutique bathrooms. The deluxe rooms sleep three comfortably.

There's a fine training restaurant on-site. Some 1300 Sala Bai graduates are working in the hospitality industry across Siem Reap and other locales.
