Preah Rumkel's community-based homestay program was set up by Cambodian NGO Mlup Baitong. Ten families participate, opening up their lovely stilted homes to visitors. Homestay 6, in particular, is a real looker, with a manicured garden and stylish red and green design. Food is available for an additional US$4 per meal.
