Cambodia's only gin distillery makes its smooth, sippable Mekong Dry Gin from 13 botanicals, including pandan leaves, galangal, kaffir lime and lemongrass. An on-site bar operates on Saturdays, when there are distillery tours at 4pm and 5.30pm (US$12.50, including two drinks). There are also after-hours parties with signature cocktails on the first Friday of each month (5pm to 11pm).
Private tours are available by appointment, with a four-person minimum.
