Sangkum

Phnom Penh

Set in a 1960s-inspired villa to the north of Wat Phnom, the hotel's name pays homage to Cambodia's so-called golden years, under the rule of Sihanouk and his Sangkum political party. The 12 rooms are decorated with a contemporary flourish and there's a small swimming pool for cooling off after exploring the city.
