Quinta da Montanha

Cabo Verde

The hilltop Quinta da Montanha has pleasant if a little chintzy rooms, most with terraces and gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant itself is worth a drive, for delicious food prepared with local ingredients, including veggies from the garden. On weekends it's a buffet (CVE1700); otherwise mains are around CVE900.

There's live traditional music on Sunday around lunch.
