Corsairs

British Virgin Islands

Corsairs provides a variation on the usual theme by featuring lots of pizza, pasta and calzones on its menu. Most dishes incorporate seafood in some fashion, including the popular lobster mac and cheese. The place was struggling to keep a steady chef after the 2017 hurricanes and had erratic hours at research time.
