Food and setting are equally enticing at this sweet little house in the woods between Mauá and Maringá. Sporting a gorgeous riverside deck, it's surrounded by meticulously tended gardens that provide veggies and herbs for some of Mauá's most memorable meals. Specialties include oatmeal-almond-breaded trout, brie-pinhão (giant pine nut) ravioli and a sweet tomato, basil and mascarpone dessert 'salad.'
