Steak and a prime beachfront setting are the twin attractions at this Argentine-run eatery in Jabaquara, 2km north of Paraty's historic center. Everything from sirloin to picanha (rump steak) comes out sizzling on iron platters, accompanied by chimichurri sauce and all the trimmings. Moonrise views are spectacular, and there are beds where little ones can lounge while parents linger at the candlelit tables.
