The name says it all here – everything’s on fire! The menu focuses on seafood set ablaze with the local cachaça: flambéed octopus with passion fruit, honey and black rice, or fish with flambéed veggies, bananas and hearts of palm. Fruit-based desserts (pineapple, banana, mango) also face a fiery death.
