One of several resto-bars lining Rua Sapucaí above Belo Horizonte's train station, Dorsé is a prime spot for late afternoon drinks, snacks and gazing at sunset over the downtown skyline. Favorite menu items include grilled fish and meats, and original creations like bruschetta mineira – pão de queijo (cheese bread) topped with pork loin, linguiça garlicky pork sausage) ragù, or pears and gorgonzola.
