Perro Libre, one of the South's top breweries, doesn't actually brew here, but this modern, industrial-chic bar inside Casa Prado pumps its fresh cerveja artesanal (craft brew) from an inventive self-serve pay-by-the-millimeter system. Register for a card, load it with credit, and fill up from 10 taps of hoppy IPAs, Gose (a top-fermented beer that originated in Goslar, Germany) with exotic Amazonian fruits and tonka bean stouts.
Peruvian food is on offer, and Casa Prado features Neapolitan pizza (Santi) among other emporiums and design shops.
