Hotel London Santarém

The rooms here are a little small and don't take advantage of the location – it's just across the road from the waterfront in the heart of town – but they're comfortable, especially if you've been out in the forest for a while. The highlight is the rooftop bar-restaurant with fine river views. Decent breakfast too.
