Teatro Amazonas

Manaus

Performances at Manaus' iconic theater are all over the place: professional opera, jazz combos, student guitar, dance and more. Quality varies but the setting is superb: some shows are terrific, others barely tolerable, most are free. A line starts forming at 7pm, but you can usually arrive right before the show starts to snag a balcony or rear seat.
