Set in a 19th-century building just off busy Av Rio Branco, this small 24-seat place serves some of the best cuisine in Centro. The menu is tiny (just a few options each day), but beautifully executed, with French chef David Jobert creating recipes with fresh-from-the-market Brazilian ingredients.
